Color is disappearing — let’s bring it back 🌈

Why the world feels more beige, and how we can change it

From gray cars and neutral interiors to muted branding and beige everything, the world around us has slowly shifted toward softer, safer, less saturated tones.

"Color is disappearing from our lives.."

A Science Museum Group study of more than 7,000 photographed objects found a clear rise in gray over time, while The Culturist points to a broader cultural move toward monochrome living.

But childhood should feel different. Kids deserve toys that spark curiosity, invite sensory exploration, and celebrate color in all its glory, like the 80s and 90s that us parents were lucky enough to have. Bright, playful toys help create a world that feels fun, creative, engaging, and just all around cooler.
